Pay easily with PayPal—charged in EUR (PayPal handles any currency conversion) and only once your order ships; refunds go straight back to PayPal within seven days. Wholesale customers can instead pay by SEPA/IBAN bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. A full VAT invoice is emailed automatically after payment.
Return of the product
You have 14 days from delivery to send any item back. We cover return shipping for faulty or wrong goods; other returns have a fixed €6.90 label fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within seven days of the item reaching our warehouse.
